After the significant success of our Core e-card system with multiple NHS trusts across the UK, Great Western Hospital appointed Digitalogy to design and deploy a tailored e-card platform for their staff.

Working closely with the Organisation Development and Communications team at Great Western Hospital, our objective was to create a tool that would boost staff wellbeing, strengthen team morale, and foster positive workplace culture. The e-card system allows staff members to send personalised messages for a variety of occasions, such as birthdays, “get well soon” notes, “welcome to the team” greetings, and religious celebrations, making it easy to recognise and celebrate key moments.

The platform also enables employees to acknowledge and encourage positive leadership behaviours in their colleagues. By creating a seamless and engaging digital experience, our e-card system provides a simple yet effective way for staff to show appreciation, encourage one another, and build a supportive team environment.

With its intuitive interface and wide range of customisation options, the Great Western Hospital e-card system has become a valuable tool for employee engagement, helping to make the Trust a more connected and appreciative workplace.
